Grammar Patterns

-겠습니다 formal volition / future (business)

A formal ending expressing the speaker's intention or a polite future action. Very common in business when committing to a task.

확인하겠습니다. — I will check (it).
내일까지 보내 드리겠습니다. — I will send it to you by tomorrow.
-아/어 주시겠습니까? polite request (would you please ~?)

A highly polite way to request something from a superior or client, literally 'would you do ~ for me?'.

잠시 기다려 주시겠습니까? — Could you please wait a moment?
자료를 보내 주시겠습니까? — Would you please send me the materials?
-(으)ㄴ/는 대로 as soon as / in accordance with

Used to mean 'as soon as' an action finishes, or 'in accordance with' something. Common in business commitments like 'as soon as it is confirmed'.

확인되는 대로 연락드리겠습니다. — I will contact you as soon as it is confirmed.
지시하신 대로 처리하겠습니다. — I will handle it as you instructed.
